Base Furnishings Limited T/A Base Classics is a Retailer and Wholesaler of Design Classic and contemporary furniture to both commercial and private customers. All products are sold through our Online Shop at directly from UK and delivered worldwide. The following T&C’s apply to all transactions that take place on this website. Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these T&C’s. Please read them carefully.

Ordering & Cancellation

By placing an order, you warrant that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

All prices listed on are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices are inclusive of VAT. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. We reserve the right to charge 30% restocking fee (for in stock items) or if that item is made to order, no refund will be available.


Before placing an order, please ensure all items of furniture will fit through any doorways, hallways, stairs and landings on route to the required room. In the event that you make a purchase that cannot be delivered you will we liable for inbound and return shipping charges.



Deliveries are made by carriers. All deliveries will be made to your doorstep (should you live in a block of flats then delivery will be made to the first door of the building). We shall not be held responsible should you dispose of your current furniture before our delivery.

Please check carefully all boxes for damages. All visible damages should be noted on the delivery note and should also be notified to our sales offices with 24hours.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards Visa / Visa Electron, MasterCard and Switch / Maestro. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number of where your credit/debit card is registered. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once the “authorisation” of your credit card has been properly received. Payments can also be made by bank transfers (a scanned copy of the transfer will be required after payment is made by email to, we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 7 working days depending the payment method you have chosen.
